SHIPPING + RETURNS POLICY

Standard Shipping, contiguous United States

  • Free shipping for all orders with merchandise value over $49.00
  • Orders for under $49.00 merchandise value are charged actual shipping cost
  • Orders under 150 lb ship via UPS Ground
  • Orders over 150 lb ship via UPS Ground or Common Carrier (LTL)
  • Orders for in-stock products under 150 lb ship same day if entered before 12:00pm PST
  • Shipping transit times typically range from 1-4 days depending on destination. Covid-19 related delays may occur.
  • All orders ship from Sacramento, CA

Standard Shipping cost, Alaska and Hawaii

  • All orders are charged actual shipping cost
  • Orders under 150 lb ship UPS Ground
  • Orders over 150 lb ship via UPS Ground or Common Carrier (LTL or LCL)
  • All orders ship from Sacramento, CA

International Orders

We currently cannot process international orders from our website. Email us at info@GrowIrrigation.com for international quotes.

Expedited Shipping, United States

  • Expedited shipping is charged at actual shipping cost
  • Orders for in-stock products under 150 lb ship same day if entered before 12:00pm PST
  • Services available include Second Day Delivery and Overnight Delivery
  • During the Covid 19 Pandemic, all Carrier delivery time guarantees are suspended. 

Shipping Errors, Damage or Delays

We package and deliver your order to a nationally known carrier, and provide that carrier with the Shipping Address you provided when you placed your order. It is our responsibility to do this accurately and in a reasonable amount of time. It is the Carrier's responsibility to deliver the order to your address. Any loss, damage or delays while your order is in the possession of the Carrier is the responsibility of the Carrier.

If loss or damage occurs during shipping it is your responsibility to file a claim with the Carrier. If this occurs we are happy to work with you to help get a good resolution with the carrier. However, we cannot take responsibility for loss or damage to the order while it is in the carrier's possession.

Please note that carrier transit times can be longer than normal due to increased volume and increased restrictions resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, carriers currently do not provide delivery time guarantees for expedited shipping. 

RETURNS POLICY

Defective Products:

All products sold by GrowIrrigation.com are covered by original manufacturers warrantees. Claims for defective products should be made with the manufacturer per the terms of their warranty. We are happy to offer assistance in this process as necessary. Contact us by email at info@GowIrrigation.com for pdf copies of the manufacturer’s warranty of any product we carry.

Unused and Undamaged Products, within 90 days of sale:

We will unconditionally accept returns of products that are unused, undamaged and are returned to us in undamaged original packaging up to 180 days from purchase. Products must be received by us within 90 days of purchase to be eligible for refund. Products received more than 90 days but less than 180 days from purchase will only be eligible for store credit and will be subject to a 20% restock fee. Items that show signs of neglect, abuse, or use or items returned more than 180 days after the original order are excluded from this return policy. If items were originally purchased with free shipping, our original shipping cost and any return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. To return Unused and Undamaged products, contact us at info@GrowIrrigation.com or (442)279-3152 to tell us what you are returning and to get an RMA number. Exceptions Apply (see below).

Exceptions to Returns Policy

The following Exceptions apply to the previous paragraph:

  1. All custom products are non-refundable. 
  2. A 25% restock fee applies to returns of the following products returned within 90 days of sale. These products are non-returnable after 90 days of sale.
  • All Drip Tape
  • All Metal Screen Filters
  • All Sand Media Filters

Cancellations

We are unable to cancel or change orders once our warehouse has begun processing your order, typically at noon Pacific Time for orders placed before noon, or noon Pacific Time the following day for orders placed after noon. Return Shipping

When unused and undamaged items are returned, you are responsible for return shipping and handling.
