The Primerus Pot-Dripper HF drip ring is for outdoor nurseries and tree farms. For medicinal/recreational crops or container-grown berries see the Standard Pot-Dripper. The Pot-Dripper HF wets the entire container without any overspray or wetting of the plant trunk or foliage, while providing the high flow rates needed for commercial operations with many zones. Use the Pot-Dripper HF for containers ranging from 5 to 95 gallons or nursery boxes up to 36".
The Pot-Dripper HF system consists of a ring of clog-resistant 1/4" Pot-Dripper HF perforated tubing in each container supplied by an innovative Primerus Pot-Dripper stake. The ring diameter can range from 8" to 18+" to fit your container and deliver the right amount of water. Flow rate is set by the Pot-Dripper stake: a green stake has the same flow rate as a Green Spot-Spitter (11 gph), a black stake has the same flow as a Black Spitter (15 gph) and the Ultra High-Flow Grey stake equals two Green Spitters (22 gph). Broad distribution of water means healthy root development and Pot-Dripper means ZERO OVERSPRAY.
The Pot-Dripper HF is highly clog resistant, but if it does become clogged it can be easily cleared by passing a paper clip through its control orifice. It has an 8” stake to hold the ring firmly in your media, a shutoff to turn off flow when you remove your container from service, and flexibility to irrigate any container size. It’s also made from the same tough, weather-resistant materials that have been tested for decades in the Primerus Spot-Spitter line. Finally, it offers these features at a competitive prices that work for commercial nurseries.
The Pot-Dripper HF system is sold in its component parts. Pot-Dripper stakes are sold in bags of 100 and Pot-Dripper HF Perforated Tubing is supplied in 2000-ft rolls. The Pot-Dripper HF is not supplied pre-assembled to avoid high shipping costs.
